HOW DO I MAKE AN ORDER?
Create your account using an active email address. Once activated, you may browse through the page for your desired product. You may also use the search bar to go to a specific product. Select the product to learn more about its price, and product details. Once ready to purchase, you may select Buy Now to go straight to payment. You may also select Add to Cart to continue browsing for more products to buy before you check out.
THE PRODUCT I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK, WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
If you’re preferred product is unavailable, you may send us the product details at firstname.lastname@example.org and will provide you an update once we’re back on stock.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept Over-the-counter (OTC) deposits and online payments via BDO, GCash and Paymaya.
***Send proof of payment (a clear photo will do) of your deposit slip or screenshot to email@example.com as soon as you pay your orders.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY LEAD TIME?
Your order will be delivered within 3-7 business days for Metro Manila. Our delivery schedule is from Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays.
